We're a women owned, boutique marketing and design company co-founded by childhood friends
Hailey and Diana. Our friendship dates back to elementary school days and we have shared a passion for creativity throughout our lives. From girl scouts projects to sitting side by side in art class, we have always enjoyed collaborating and creating together. Although we pursued different career paths after college, we always knew that we would one day join forces to start something special. With Palm + Pine, we’ve taken our passion and turned it into a business that's all about helping other businesses succeed.
We know that every business is unique, and that's why we specialize in developing custom solutions that cater to your specific needs and help you stand out in a competitive market. Whether you're just getting started on your business journey or you're looking to refresh your image, we’ve got you covered.
Building a successful business is hard work, but with the right marketing and design team on your side, it doesn't have to be stressful. We’re here to help you win back your confidence, crush your business goals, and build the business you’ve always dreamed of - and we’ll be there to support and motivate you every step of the way. We can’t wait to work with you!

The Women Behind Palm + Pine
Diana was born and raised in Annapolis, Maryland where she enjoyed crabbing during the summers. After graduating high school, she attended Anne Arundel Community College where she became involved on campus as the President of the Campus Activities Board, Treasurer of the Student Government Association, a student member of the AACC Foundation Board, and was awarded the Ratcliffe Entrepreneurial Scholarship. After graduating with an Associate's in business, she was awarded the Management Excellence Scholarship where she transferred to Salisbury University and obtained her
B.S. in Business Management.
While at Salisbury University, she became President of the Student Organization for Activity Planning where she planned hundreds of events for the school. Throughout her event planning experience, she has met many talented individuals like ASAP Ferg, JID, Pete Davidson, Josh Peck, John Rudnitsky, Trevor Wallace, Derran Brand, and more. Throughout undergrad, she attended many NACA conferences where she learned the value of networking with others. Through her hard work she was offered a Graduate Assistantship where she oversaw the SOAP board, ran the Student Wellness Program, and obtained her Master's in Business Administration.

After graduating with her MBA in the middle of Covid. Diana built a tiny home on wheels, sold most of her belongings, and headed south as a marketing freelancer. She has assisted many business owners in creating websites, social media and content creation, ad management, and more. After a few years, she finally decided it was time to start a business alongside her best friend Hailey. She used to live in Savannah, Georgia for 2 years, however, she recently moved to Charles Town, West Virginia.

A Glimpse into Diana's Life
Ever since Girl Scouts and travel soccer, I have had a passion for traveling. My greatest memories are from traveling, and I truly value getting to see and learn about new areas. I spent 2 months in Panama where I gained a great appreciation for the culture and learned how life is different from home. I also studied abroad in France during the Gilets Jaunes protests. I enjoyed the beautiful scenery and was able to tour the Loreal Paris factory. So far, I have traveled to 30 out of the 51 states! I aspire to reach every continent and every state.

After building our tiny home, Jordan and I moved from MD to Charleston, SC, then to Savannah, GA. I've learned that even regionally, the culture changes.
In Charleston, I truly miss the Angel Oak restaurant, Hymans, and Sushi King. In Savannah, I will miss all of the lovely parks, music festivals in Forsyth, and lifelong friends that we have made here.
